i’m finally able to take up the courage to gather the notes i made while granma was still alive. i have a tendency of writing each sentence the way it comes out of the narrator’s mouth. So it won’t be easy to look back on granma’s words while creating the family tree. anyway, she’d love a good and orderly family tree so this is for the most part, for her…the one who never let herself be an old lady even when she was 91…
sometimes i wonder if the adjective “miserable” actually comes from the verb “miss”... 11 months ago

are apparently pretty good. Which sounds creepy I know. Very sketchy =P
Although this doesn’t have to do with my family tree, it is relevant. I have a friend au pairing in Spain right now. When she gets back her sister is getting married in June. She gave me the task of finding her aunt and cousin who have been AWOL for….quite a while. She gave me her name, age, and where they last knew her to live. I found her, along with her full educational history, major moves, address, phone number, where she works, her position, and a ridiculous amount of other things in 5 minutes. FIVE!
Now while I’m very glad about this in terms of being able to tell my friend where her family is (with the intent of inviting them to the wedding and creating a better relationship), I really don’t think people should be able to find that much information on a person that quickly.
That being said, I do have practice trying to locate people in “3rd world” countries who aren’t on ANY online databases or records…and often don’t have any record of existence…so coming into North America to find someone is reletive simple in terms of comparison.
Maybe if this whole surgeon thing doesn’t work out, I’ll become a professional stalker/tracker…there has to be a more offical name for that =P 17 months ago

This will not happen anytime soon. So I will remove it for the time being and I will add it on my list when it looks like more possible for me to put time and money in it. 23 months ago
