I’ve got one mitten finished and I’m now working on the cuff of the second. I think, with a good movie for background noise, I can have it finished in a couple of hours. Then I can start on the hats!

I’m on the cuff of the first mitt of pair five (for an eight year old), and it’s been that way for about 5 days. I chose a lovely soft fuzzy green yarn from Lion Brand, and I hope to make a hat that matches.

Sized for a four year old and knit in a heathered rose-pink. It took me a little longer to finish this pair because I set it down when I was halfway finished with the second mitt, and didn’t pick it back up right away. I hope to pick a color and start the last one tonight.

Pair three is finished, sized for a 2yr old and knit in a denim blue worsted yarn. Pair 4 is on the needles and 75% finished, pretty in a heathered rose pink, they should be finished tonight.

I’ve got the second pair of mittens finished, child sized in pink. I don’t think I’ll embellish these, they look fine plain.
I hope to get pics up soon.

I’ve finished a pair of yellow child size mittens. They’re a little plain, though, and I think they could use a little embroidery. I’m thinking simple red flowers and green leaves. I’ll post the picture when they’re finished.
