I’m almost there. I’ve gotten it down to a 6:20 time. I nearly died doing it but it’s improvement. and I’m very happy about my progress

alright I’m getting back in shape. I did a 6:40 mile the other day. it was all I had but I’m doing well. being in good shape before breaking my leg is really helping me now that my leg is getting better, still over a min slower than my best

I can jog for short distances now. but it causes me some pain if I go at it too long. well atleast I see progress.

I’m walking quit well agein. I can’t feel my leg/ankle when I walk any more. next step is to start joging agein.

I used to be able to rune a 5:30 mile but then I broke my leg in a crash.(really bad) I want to run a 6:00 min mile agein. I don’t want to end up like a lot of people do after injurys.
