It’s terrible – I’ve been smoking on and off because I am “bummed out”. It is self-destructive. I must stop before I get hooked (unless I already am and do not know it). Either way, I am going to go throw out the cigarettes, put a little card in my car ashtray that says “Don’t!” and be done with it. If anyone has any advice/encouragement, I’m all for it.

I think this goal is actually impossilbe. Here is why:
At the top of my screen it says, “Congratulations! You’ve finished not start smoking” How can I finish not starting something. If, 20 years from now, I smoke, then this goal is not completeed. Maybe by joining this and saying I havn’t done it I will secure my future. Hmmm maybe I should do one that says I want to “not die” :)
and not to have yellow teeth, bad breath, and increased chance of getting cancers.
