    I would like to set aside a day (or night) for making lunches/dinners that can be frozen or refrigerated for later in that week. I want to make a couple of things at the same time like Beef Stew, Lasagna, and grill some chicken for sandwiches/salads. I keep thinking this is a really good idea, and then never actually doing it.
