VERY bad 2 months ago

This is still going very poorly. I set my alarm for 10:00 today. I vaguely remember hearing it around 10:50 but it had shut itself off by that point. The next thing I remember is my dad informing me that it was almost 3:00. I’m seriously tired of wasting my entire day in bed.

Not going so well... 2 months ago

Today I set my alarm for 10:30 am. I snoozed until around 11:00 am. Then I shut off my alarm. Then I woke up at 1:30.

This goal is not going well.

I’m tired of sleeping all day though. It’s already 7:00pm and I feel like I’ve done nothing.

This is moving right along. It’s helped to start getting up at the same time on the weekends and non work days … rhythm

Some weeks I’m about to set this goal as completed and then I fall asleep on Friday!

Oh Well, I learnt something about all this alarm tracking… I need more sleeping hours! I’m usually well rested till Tuesday, then I start carrying a lack of sleep till the weekend.

Today I waited 20 min? Ugh. I was almost late for class. I don’t know why I was so tired either. I need to make sure I go to sleep on time (getting 8 hours).



Day four 12 months ago

I got up 21 minutes after my alarm went off. I believe I know what’s happening, I rest during the weekend and it’s easier to get up earlier the first days of the week. I need to sleep more during week days :s

26 minutes after my alarm went off… hhmmm this is not good. I should go to bed earlier.

Day two 12 months ago

I got up 9 min after my alarm went off. It’s easier getting up early now that thedaylight time is over, I don’t care much about light ont he afternoon, but I sure miss it in the mornings.

Me: 2, my bed: 0



Day one 12 months ago

I’ll start tracking this goal to see how I do it. I don’t really know how many days I oversleep or stay in bed after my alarm goes off, just know that I’m usually on the run cause I’m late.

Day one: I woke up about 3 min after I turned the alarm off, woohoo !

I JUST NEED TO WAKE UP WHEN MY ALARM GOES OFF…GIVING MYSELF AN EXTRA TEN MINS. OF SLEEP IS COO TOO THOUGH…IT’S BETTER THAN ME HITTING THE SNOOZE BUTTON FOR 30 MINS.! LOL
