Finish Baby Quilt

I’m so proud, and the parents absolutely loved it. My quilt went right into use, and little Madeline gave her thumbs up by crying when it was taken away. Job well done.

(I do have pictures, but at the moment my cable that connects the camera is MIA, so I’ll update again with some finished shots of the quilt in action.)

I’m finishing the hand-stitching on the binding.

The whole process has been SO much fun! (Which is good, since now the Boy wants one…)

So some friends recently had a baby, and I thought it would be cool to make them a tied crib quilt in black and white (they’re not the pastel types, and I’m not either).

Now I just have to finish it before the kid’s 10th birthday!
