Actually, I’m going to keep going. The part I’m giving up is having to do it every single day. I don’t feel I need that added pressure to get myself meditating. It’s OK to miss a day here or there. Meditating is definitely one habit I will keep going for a lifetime! When I feel a little dissatisfied or overwhelmed, usually, I know I need to either meditate or journal :)

Another month went by, this being my second one doing meditation every single day. Having another two months seems like a fun challenge. There is not much effort involved anymore. Meditation can be so many things. I can do a guided meditation if I feel like it, or just quiet my mind for a little while. It’s a powerful mover of energy. It’s like all of a sudden you open the door, and let all the things that have been building up, in your life. There is often cleansing, both physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Yay, week 3 went by quickly. Since I’m mostly working on getting up early right now, meditation is more of an effect of it. Having the time in the morning certainly helps a lot! Anyway, while I will keep going with the goal to meditate for 90 days, I’m mostly doing it because I want to be a life long practice. Having more energy every day and increased intuition motivate me to WANT to do it! As for meditation itself, I love it!

Two weeks up
I spent two weeks on this goal so far, with doing guided meditations sometimes and sometimes just clearing my mind for 20 minutes. I’d like to do it twice a day, since I have many different things I like to do while in meditation, like chakra clearing, affirmations, communicating with spirit guides, etc.

I meditated for 30 days every single day. This is fairly easy because it’s a part of my daily yoga practice. I would, however, like to do it for 20-30 minutes in one sitting, as some days I only did 10 minutes. Time to go deeper!
