I have a passion for mountain biking; however, the winter has put my bike in a supply closet to provide a safe haven for several spiders. I know there is good biking weather out there…like the south, ya’ll, but I just don’t seem to find the time or energy to make such a trip.

Check it out.
It’s fairly new so there aren’t a lot of rides posted, but you can add rides in your area if you want.

Rode the SART two Saturdays ago. I crashed pretty hard. I wasn’t even on my bike at the time. Talk about lame. Had a great time nonetheless.
Well I managed to get out on my bike after my holiday but then the very next day I was in bed with flu and I’m still not quite recovered 3 weeks later!! Hoping I’ll be back on track to get my fitness back early September but now I’ve been out once at least the tyres are pumped up! lol

I had an epic ride planned this last Saturday in the mountains above Redlands. I got started too late and then got lost so I ended up going to a place called Hulda Crook park in Loma Linda. It was pretty sandy, hot, and just all around lame. My bike was glad to be out of the shed for a morning though. Still planning to do the epic ride one of these weekends.

So I’ve started a new shift at work that will keep me coming in on the afternoons and I have classes on MWF but took online classes so I could avoid TuTh classes and have my class outside on a bike… I am thinking I can actually stick to this. I would like to ride more than two times a week I just dislike riding on the weekends because of all the people.. Here’s to hope…
Okay so I finally got my bike, but not the Yukon. I spent days researching, looking at my budget, and trying different bikes, I went from Giant, Trek, Specialized, and Iron Horse.
