I didn’t realize I had made these a goal nearly a year ago. It seems like only a few weeks ago. Anyway, I have been pretty stable with my weight…its winter time I have to watch out for because that is when I generally gain unnecessary weight. I am a few pounds more than 120, but like I had said in my first entry, the number didn’t have to be exact. I wanted to stay near 120, giving myself a little room to move, I suppose. So I think I will check this off as being done, although its something I plan to continue monitoring. 3 years ago
I guess I shouldn’t really put a number on the amount I want to weigh, since one can vary by a few pounds over the course of a month, but I always looked and felt my best when I was 120 lbs. Sometimes I can manage to lose the weight, but then I quickly gain it back. I need to learn how to stick to my exercise and healthy eating in order to maintain my ideal body size. 120 is also a healthy weight for a lady of my size and frame…so I really don’t want to join a 120 lbs. goal where everyone is “5’10 130 lbs and I feel like such a fat cow!” because that is ridiculous. I am sure it can be argued that I am being ridiculous…but I am doing this more because I feel like crap with the extra weight I am carrying, not because I don’t like the jeans size I am wearing. 4 years ago
