stop getting upset about things I can't control

Okay, I want to work…I don’t care if you pay me sh—..I just want to work so I can get food (for myself & my cats), pay rent and bills….what’s wrong with me that you won’t let me work? WHY? Their reply was, “Well, we had met our quote for this year, so we are not signing any more work visa.” WTF? {screaming…screaming…}

...be a hard goal. That’s kinda why I get depressed. I hate that I can’t control or change everything. I meant all the stuff that get into my way are stuff that I can’t change or control. That’s why I am so angry with this world.

People who know me well say I’m a resourceful person and have solved a lot of tough situations in my life. But, again and again and again, situations arise that are out of my control.

I think that I’ve gotten better about this, so I’m taking it off the list.

I know I can’t do anything about it. Why does it bother me to no end?
