OK, it only took 2 years of college to figure it out but I finally have it narrowed down to an easy formula. All the other stuff, like going the extra step or brown nosing the prof is helpful too :) But those things actually come automatically by following my “3 step plan”.

I’m also noticing a huge difference in my comprehension/retention by following advice as well as instructions. I’ve had several instructors say things like students should “listen more and write less”, and I have been doing that much more often and its amazing how much more I am getting out of lectures, examples, questions and such. When I actually sit down to do my assignments everything makes so much more sense. 7 years ago
