so now that I’m home all alone, without me boyfriend and after a good workout, I really feel like relaxing infront of the telly, but no! I have to be strong, I have soe practical stuff I have to do as well..

didn’t turn it on!!!! that’s three days without watching tv. I do admit I spend a lot of time on the mac, but I also get a lot of reading done. And to avoid having my boyfriend turn on the tv last night, we went for a walk…
(he does not know I’m limiting my use of the tv, he already has enough to deal with right now, my wierd ideas do not have to affect him)

2 pm. and I feel restless. I can’t focus on studying which I really have to, so I’m giving myself a break: watch a couple of episodes of Friends and knit a bit for an hour or two

I managed to resist the urge to turn on the television this morning and instead put a tape (yes some people do still use ‘em) on my stereo. it’s some wired relaxation music my mum gave me, but it is quite nice and easy to listen to. let’s see how long I can go today before I cave in.
