How to daily Goals: 5 of 15
How I did it: I write a list everyday of 15 things I want to do that day. Some of it is the same stuff that I want to do everyday, some of it is just stuff that I want to do on that day. I cross it off as I go along and it's really satisfying to get to the end of the day and see that I've done the things that I wanted to get done. I've taken it off my goal list as I do this everyday now, it's a habit that would be very hard to break lol. It's helped me organise my life, especially getting things done that I was putting off.
Lessons & tips: Get the things your putting off done first thing in the morning when you're fresh. That way the day keeps getting better.

I woke up bright and early and started my day with some yoga.
I hadn’t made any concrete plans for my day off but I did watch a reconsider Columbus Day video which got me thinking. (Why aren’t there any nationally recognized Native American holidays?!?)
I cleaned out the pantry and made a big ole batch of potato, kale and chorizo soup.
I dragged myself to the gym and thoroughly enjoyed my workout but then came home and baked some pumpkin muffins. (yum)
