I’ve decided that I like Tai Chi. It’s cool! We meet in the university sports hall far too early for my liking (7am – gee) twice a week, and thus far I don’t totally suck at it. Which is a nice change. Hooray!

I forgot to clear this one off my list.
I took classes and am just short of completing level one of the long form of Yuang Chi Tai Chi.
I have to have an operation on my feet and I am hoping it will not prevent me from signing up for the Autumn term.
I have found Tai Chi to be the most rejuvinating, mindful and graceful exercise that I have ever done. I would suggest purchasing or renting a DVD or Video to see if you like it. Scott Cole has a great series, and I would highly recommend them.
I have found out where I can do classes on a Saturday morning, so I just need to give them a call and bob’s your uncle!
