Last week was mental. I was out almost every night, didn’t sleep well, no where near enough exercise and plenty of wine. So is anyone surprised that the weigh in went poorly?! 2 months ago
This week I lost 3.8lbs, that’s the .8 I gained last week Plus another 3 on top. To put me right back on target. BOOYAH! Two changes. Upping my calorie intake to 1350 and not eating my exercise. Gonna do that again as it worked. 2 months ago
I really really really really didn’t want to do the exercise this morning. I don’t feel motivated, I’m disappointed by my lack of progress last week and I’m tired . But I did it anyway, it was hard, but I did it anyway. 3 months ago
Today was pretty terrible. I don’t want more days like this, so I have to learn CONTROL on nights out and at parties. There are a fair few coming up. My choices are clear: control my behaviour EVERYDAY or suffer trying to make up for it. OR WORSE: Undo 7 weeks of hard work. I must learn how to go to a party and not go mad. 3 months ago
My clothes are all suddenly and noticeably too big – that’s a little bit awesome (except in the case of my favourite and fabulous sequin skirt which is alway way too big now and is a bummer) and something I haven’t felt in a very long time… 3 months ago
I’ve lost 1 stone, 1.6lbs! That’s 15.6lbs and I’m chuffed to bits. I am going for another other 5.5 before I leave for my holiday in mid-March and I can totally do this. 3 months ago
1.2 more pounds and I will have lost 1 stone. I can feel the difference in my clothes. There is room to put my hands in my trouser pockets. My jackets close… I am motivated! 3 months ago
So I put on my belt today and there aren’t enough holes in it to make it for my waist. That’s what losing a STONE. Feels like :) 3 months ago
week 4 and I have lost 4.2lbs whilst I was on holiday!!! That takes my total loss to 11 since 1 Jan 3 months ago
Weighed in this morning ahead of the big ski holiday. I needed to get ahead of the game and I GAINED weight back. Trying really hard not to be down but I feel like I wasted a week. I’m still on track to hit my Vegas goal of losing a stone but I’m gonna have to be extra careful on my holiday now. 4 months ago
Week 2 as predicted was harder cause I was fit and well. The ole temptations (let’s go to the pub) were back and work ratcheted it up something fierce but we held fire and even had a ‘cheat meal’ of Pizza on Friday. I’m very happy with my resolve and I’m gonna need it. Week 50 starts and I’m committed. Week 2 -3.4 total = -9 4 months ago
Using my fitness pal is helping a lot. I’ve lost 5.6lbs in a week with hardly any exercise cause I was pretty sick. Must stay motivated and be realistic. 1.5lbs a week is success. 4 months ago

I’ve nearly lost another stone- have joined a ‘Shape Up’ class to help with this, but now my progress is being hindered by a back pain relapse dammit!:) 18 months ago
