I’m down to 15 4 or so, from about 16 4, but I wanna get down to about 12 7 or so…. joining a wing chun class might help?

From that website I found the nearest pharmacy to me that supplied the diet and went and signed up. I get weighed every week when I pick up my next 21 sachets.
You have 3 sachets per day and NO FOOD. This is a TFR diet - Total Food Replacement. You can have water, black tea and black coffee but that's it. There are also flapjacks available.
Since the day I started (30th June '08) I've lost over 3 stone and know the weight will continue to drop until I'm at target.
The diet is what some would consider expensive but if you consider that that is your entire food intake for the week and you can't drink alcohol it usually works out cheaper.

Lessons & tips: Fill up on water. Water, water, water!! It is the key.
The water keeps you full and stops the head-hunger being so forceful. You will also need to keep your wits about you though so don't think that LT is a magical diet that requires no willpower as it isn't.

Basically, Dad has thrown down the gauntlet. I was 14st 2lbs as of last Wednesday, and he weighed 14.4 (humiliating). It’s now a race to see who can (healthily) get to 13.7. On top of this, since last Tuesday I took Dad’s advice literally and will be exercising for at least 30 minutes a day hard cardio every day, for the next 90 days. Realistically, the weight I could get down to over the 12 weeks is 12st9lbs, assuming I lose around 1-2lbs a week. My aim is 12st7lbs, to get back to a weight I haven’t been in 2 years. After that, I have 2 months to the end of summer to get down to 12st.
Following that, my mother’s 50th is in December – I will not see a lot of people back home until then, so I want to knock them flat by getting rid of another stone and a half; if I work intensely, I can be down to 10st7lbs by then, which is the heaviest I really should be at my height (5”7’. I’ve tried to lose weight before, but I’m in it for the long haul this time
So that I can pass the fitnessassessment as part of my university application and so that I can fit back into my size eight clothes.
But like I want do it without going to the gym,and Im wondering how do I do that?P.S also needing to lose it in order to study to become a nurse:)

Hi everyone.
Well, I’m ashamed to say I’ve utterly lost the plot. Going back on the pill always does and has again made me gain weight, but i’ve also stopped exercising and dieting for reasons I can’t really explain. Hate it! Want to lose another stone and a half, but need a kick up the arse it seems. Ugh!

im an ex sports proffesional stopped training and within 4 years gained 6 stone and need to know how to lose this weight through exercise?
Due to my thyroid packing up I gained 5 stone in a very short time, it took another 5 years to get a diagnosis so the weight just sat there no matter what I did. I am going on holiday in May to Australia and will be celebrating my ruby wedding whilst there – to lose 3 stone before then would be such a boost to my confidence and my husband would be able to say I look pretty much as I did when we married. 5 Months and huge incentive, I can do it.

BAH. I was doing so brilliantly and by the end of summer was at about 9 stone 11 (the thinnest I’ve been for asges) and now I’ve ruined it by sacking it all off for the past couple of months. But, I am determined to get back on it, start running again, cut out the crap and slim right down. I was so much happier with myself those months ago. Flabby just isn’t good enough any more! And I miss feeling sexy =(

I don’t know what’s going on with me, but I’ve been so upset recently that the diet’s gone to pot. I’m either not eating or eating things I shouldn’t… I just want to get back on track and shift some serious weight. Not having it coming off is so depressing! Hope everyone’s doing well.
I really want to lose at least three stone.
And as fast as possible!
I want to keep it off and have suffered with eating disorders in the past which im trying not to go back to.

i dont eat meat as im piscetarion, [ i dont know how to spell that but it means i eat fish but not meat!! ]
