Silver_Lightning autobots, ROLL OUT!
i have had just 6 days of lectures and I am already bogged down with lots of work! I’m shattered already too. need to find time for everything
How I did it: Well it's difficult to say if I've done this or not-because I'm yet to find out the results of my exams-but all I know is that (with the exception of French) there were no exams where I was unable to make a decent attempt at answering the question (Something which has happened to me in the past!)
I'll admit I'm not the most hardworking person (although I'm getting better) and I have had a few lazy days but I can honestly say I've worked harder for these exams then for any others-And I really feel I've done my best!
So I think I'm able to say I've done this! (And hopefully the results in August will reflect this too...)

do impossible things is dying to watch Paranormal Activity!!!!!
Yesterday I gave up on C3 and decided to give Chem Unit 5 a go, and it was a good thing too, because I realised I have some serious gaps in my knowledge – gaps way bigger than I expected :x
I tried to memorise the mechanisms (I think got them in my head, just about, I just need to keep refreshing myself) and I also had a go at learning all the Transition Metal stuff, but I don’t think I did too great with that :s
Tomorrow I think I’ll do Chem unit 5 papers for most of the day, and then afterwards if I feel like it, more C3.
I should also really start on my biology revision, especially seeing as my synoptic exam’s on Friday! D: Oh dear.
Although, I’m not too worried about Chem unit 4, and Bio Central Concepts, just because I already did them in January, and got Bs, which tbh, I don’t think is too bad. So I might just not sit them on the day… who knows…

Oh my God, Core 3 is killing me. I’ve only done 4 papers so far, and I keep getting Us… Ugh, what’s worse is that I’m not even learning from the mark schemes and my mistakes because I simply do not understand anything. It’s doing my head in. I honestly don’t know how I’m going do well in this exam, and what’s worse is, I can’t even focus too much on it because I have two chemistry A2 exams on the same day, and 2 biology A2 exams the next day. Gah.
edit: 08/06
Ok, so today I gave up on the soloman papers, and did some Edexcel past papers instead (I did like 3), and yay – improvement! I got CDC, so that was way better than before, I don’t feel as hopeless now. But I still need lots more practice etc… if I want to scrape a decent grade in maths at the end of all this.
I’m pretty happy with how my Sociology exam went!-I did quite a lot of revision and I think I’ve done quite well (although I don’t want to jinx it!)My French didn’t go so great though-probably because I didn’t revise much because I’m not too sure how you can revise for languages!
Just English and 1 more Sociology module to go!
I have serious “wider reading” to do for my English lit synoptic paper so I’d better get on with it!

core 3 exam on friday. think it will be ok. i can do all my pastpapers well now. getting 70-80% but in the real thing i think i’ll do worse. it’s so difficult, i hate integration so much. core 4, i just don’t even know any of it which is sllllllllliiightly worrying when that exam is a week tomorrow. little behind on biology revision, but once maths is out the way, i can plough through it. see i understand biology and chem, it’s just past papers. maths, i just don’t know it so bit different. omg so worried i have never felt so unprepared for an exam season before. maybe its just because this is the final one
I’ve done a decent bit of revising today! I’m just slightly worried I’ve already left it a bit late-I have exams in under a week so prehaps I don’t have time to “Study effectively so all subjects are understood and learnt”-Still it’s worth a try-I just wish I’d started my revision earlier!!
