How I did it: I waited for it to rain! That's really all you have to do. I suppose you could go rainstorm-hunting by checking the weather reports for nearby areas and waiting around for it to rain... fortunately for me (or not - ugh, leaks!) I live in a VERY rainy area. This was the first proper rain of the season, and I just danced around on the deck, getting soaked and singing Christmas carols at the top of my lungs. It was... It was.... ... IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! >w< *squee moment* So, I'm marking this one as done, although I'm sure there will be much more rainy dances before the year is out....

rain is rare in southern california, even in april.
on a friday night in january rain appeared out of nowhere on our way to a lockin, one of the worst ever.
everyone else was having fun inside the building but me and my friends were so bored that we decided to go outside, in the rain.
we rushed out and just stated to jump and dance, it was so fun, we even got some pictures.
we came back inside, soaking wet, to find out we were going to an ice skating rink.
we were freezing but we still had fun
