So excited to be running again. Bought a new pair of kicks today. So cliche to buying them and starting to run again but, hey it felt damn good to be out running once again :)
I actually started C25K on Week 3 Day 1, as I am not that far out of shape, then I plan to move onto the One Hour Runner program or maybe bridge to 10k not sure yet… 16 months ago
