How to write down 10 positive aspects about my life daily
How I did it: I got a simple journal book, and every single day for 30 days wrote down a list of ten things, that are positive. I usually did it on a single topic, such as "Positive Aspects of my yoga practice" or "Positive Aspects of being a work-at-home mom".
I kept my journal in someplace, that I could see it, and when I saw it, I knew it was time for me to write my list down. I usually did it in the morning because it gave me a nice mood kick.
Lessons & tips: 1. Get an actual journal, even it's just a thin notebook, and write "Book of Positive Aspects" on the cover.
2. Write when you are already in a semi-good mood, like first thing in the morning.
3. Write down positive aspects of things, that you are both happy about and that maybe you want some improvement in.
