    At this point your past the figity stage. All I have to deal with now is some headaches. They don’t intimidate me though because I have been through much worse in my time!! Keep drinking water and try not to keep eating bigger portions. Control that because you don’t want to transfer your addiction over to an eating disorder. Chew some gum. Try to sleep:)

    I don’t know if you know what it’s like to be addicted to caffiene but I tell you what, I am hungry right now. I packed a lunch for work, then, I went out and had ANOTHER lunch:) Drink alot of water and try to keep your mind busy if your not sleeping;)

    I am going to filter the things i allow in my body… Caffiene is one of the things I am addicted to. A vice perhaps… Time to take the reigns away from Starbucks and give the to the local water hole:)
