breakfeast: quacker oats and milk.
lunch: rice, beans, soybeans, smashed potatoes, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, string beans and carrots.
after-lunch: watermelon.
snacks: 1 mango, 1 apple (...) 4 small breads with cheddar cheese and 1 cup of peach juice.
dinner: beans, soybeans and smashed potatoes.
after-dinner: a little bit of chocolate :x
