I watched Yes Man last month and I’ve been saying yes to things I really dont want to do but I end up having so much fun. I want to continue that :)

I’ve been working on this for some time now. Even when money and time are factors it’s nice to say “yes”, to get out of the house more, to spend more time with friends and family, to learn more about yourself and others, to meet new people… Yes is almost always a good thing! This is, of course, a process, but I am glad to have the freedom right now in my life to say yes and to do whatever, whenever I want!
So you’ve probably heard of that new Jim Carrey movie coming out in December, Yes Man? Yeah, that’s what started me thinking about this. The first time I saw the trailer I had a bit of a revalation, and I’ve been obsessed with this goal ever since. I say no a lot. And that needs to change. Because I’m missing out on a lot of things living like this.
i think for the past four years of my life, i’ve wasted countless opportunities by saying “no.” no was my motto then, and obviously that didn’t turn out so well. say yes, overcome my irrational fears, and experience the world.
