Farm Dire Maul West with a 5man group. Kill the tree boss (Tendris Warpwood) and the undead boss (Magister Kalendris) over and over again.
You get a good 3-5 green and 1-2 blue drops on each run if you do it right. BoE items sell in the AH while the BoP vendor for at least a few gold
