I was on the treadmill for 15 minutes today, plus I ate healthy, and I felt fantastic. I’m simply doing this to strengthen my immune system and overall be a healthier person. I’m actually a bit underweight, so I should eat more carbs now that I’m more active. I hope to keep this habit up! _

So we have joined boot camp (6 AM workouts every weekday morning), started doing weekly 40 mile bike rides, and I would like to be better at using our awesome elliptical.

After spending the spring sick with pneumonia, I’ve really fallen off the wagon. But I’m starting back, despite the fact that it’s 100 degrees.
I don’t want to lose weight but I can’t stop feeling myself very weak. I want to get rid of this feeling.
So from 11 May I start working out 30 min every day.
I don’t need to lose weight but I want to work out every day. If anything, I hope that this gives me some focus. If even only walking around my block, I need to do something active everyday. Isn’t it supposed to be good for brain function? I need it to be part of a routine for me. Something to look forward to and count on. I’m starting today.
Monday – check: 55 minutes
Tuesday – check: 30 minutes
Wednesday – check: 50 minutes so far
i can’t exercise for almost a week due to oral surgery.. it’s only day 2 and i’m already going through severe workout withdrawal :(
Laurdania is hanging out with family
i have started walking around my community(gated community) and its about 2 miles the whole way around ive been doing it every other morning.starting at 6 am and getting back to my house somewhere around 7ish and then i fall asleep..(because i stay up all night and morning then go walking)
