i want to work out every day by riding my bike, walking, and jogg

i was born with a rare disease where your joints and ligaments hyper extend easily and stuff because they are looser than most peoples. i found out i had this the beginning of 2007 school year and i went to therapy. the only problem i couldnt face is when they told me i have to do physical therapy for the rest of my life. they gave me the “oh its just 3 days a week every week” line.. but thats hard when im only 16 and doing that for the rest of my life.. seriously? well i stopped doing that and now im back to step one. i cant go on like this, but i dont give myself the support i need to get my butt up and go do what i have to do to keep my muscles strong enough so they do not ache all of the time….

I can feel everybody elas exercise through me. For gods sake have you ever felt a marathon go through you and then drop your body. I give. That is what did it. I will start up some other time. just not now.

I can’t do it any more I have tried I am too stiff and sore. I feel like a I am walking on stilts my legs are knum.

I finally committed to this and it’s a lot easier than I had expected! I guess getting back into a routine like when I did cross country and crew was all I needed; the exercise has also greatly reduced my stress level-yay!

Pilates and Cardio  — 4 months ago

I’ve been pretty good at getting this started, but I need to stay motivated. It’s been a few days since I worked out, so I’m adding this to my list.

I do about an hour of pilates and and hour of cardio (elliptical, treadmill, bike) in my usual workout day. I’ll generally do one in the morning and one at night. Does anybody have suggestions on improvements, or does this seem like an okay regimen?

Do a strenuous work out, including 30 minutes of intense cardio, three times a week, and the other four days, take a walk, job, play tennis….just get up and do something! And also, on the “off” days, do 50 sit ups and 25 push ups in the morning!!

Today, I’m kicking it off with a trip to the gym!

Sunday – Running
Monday – Kickboxing

I won’t keep it up. I need at least one day to not do anything. My knees are killing me, and I’m pretty sure I’m doing too much. But, as far as thirty day trials go, it’s a good one. My plan from now forward is to take Sunday off, completely. The rest of the days I’ll be working out… but Sunday; even God says it’s a day of rest.
