How I did it: Well, the photographer Jeanée kept asking me to model for her and eventually I agreed to help her with a studio project for the photography class at our school. I just did myself up as I normally did and took the photos. The parasol of course, was her prop. I had a rather good time and I think that I'll keep doing more if anyone else is interested. Lessons & tips:

I’ve always had low thoughts about myself. Thinking i wasnt ever good looking as any of my friends, and that no one would ever want to go out with me.
My mum keeps on telling me i should model, she used to be the same as me (she says, when she tried modeling, she felt more confident in herself, and keeps telling me thats what i should to. (she doesnt model anymore)
These days girls (and boys) are far to worried about their appearence, but maybe if they tried modeling, it could give them back that self esteem.
I’m going to try it out, see if it works

i feel i am too short for what people want but i hear i am not because i show both inner and outer beauty.i went to a modeling interview and was supposed to be in a runway showbut my portfolio wasnt wide enough for the photographers. there is nothing in the world that i want more than to be a model and i will do whatver it takes to get to the top :) the sky is not the limit….i will try my hardest to go beyond it

Went to walk ins at thirteen and was told I was too young so tried again at sixteen and got signed in a London agency to do fashion.
The money isn’t too good at the moment and the travel costs more than you earn, but I am in love with modelling and the fashion world so this was totally worth it for me. Though I’m still waiting to earn some pocket money…

Ever since i was a little girl, I always wanted to be in magazines and be “the pretty model” on t.v. I feel confident in front of the camera, and I feel i have a nice look. I am a quick learner and have a positive attitude! I have the “bubbly” personality and love to meet new people and just be happy!
