I feel too tired all of the time!By the time I get up at 6 and walk the dog then head to work and get in later I just don’t have the energy anymore!I do have a very expensive gym membership too!I suck!
How I did it: I got a job at a gym working the night shift. I get to work out on the job which helps a ton........................ ................................. .

please encourage me to visit the gym at least twice a week , so that I can start feeling better
I want to go to the gym more often. I like swim especially. I can forget everything and feeling peaceful in the water. Hope I can swim twice a week. And doing cardio and weight training more too!
I just need to get up and go. I should go in the a.m. so I won’t have excuses later in the day. I have weight to lose..I also have major excuses…help..how do I push myself to get to the gym.
Making a renewed effort and went to the gym twice last week. Going to try and make it three times this week!
Timid Magick should come back here more often. These goals are important.
Don’t like the gym, got enough dvds and equipment at home. Besides it’s so crowded after the new year and everyone wanting to lose weight or get in shape.
