The plan is to complete Microbiology this fall. Then 3 more classes while I wait to get into clinicals.

I’ve been a practicing RN for 11 yrs (yikes), and had always planned to return to finish the BSN…life took over. Last January I enrolled in full time studies (distance-ed) and I am currently wrapping up my second to last semester. I am SO happy that this journey is coming to an end, as it has been intensely challenging. The process is worth it, though, as I’m going to be more marketable in a profession that needs us more than ever. I highly recommend the completion of a degree to any RN who has a long road ahead in their career…think of it as an investment in your future!
I am in the third term of a five term accelerated RN program. After I finish this I will be in school for two more years studying to be a Psych Nurse Practitioner.
I’m a practicing RN with a non nursing bachelors. I’m taking 1 class/semester and it’s going to take me several more years to finish my BSN!

I need to learn more about my degree. I need to learn more about the different types of nursing to decide what I might like to do. I need to learn more about grants, scholarships, etc.
