I made two batches. The first turned out perfect, though I need to get wax paper for next time so they don’t break into pieces when I go to put them away. The second never hardened, maybe I didn’t cook them long enough. They stayed soft and gooey, more like ice cream topping than candy. My family will love them regardless.
