make a motivation wall

On Friday with a group of artists whom I’ve recently become friends with. It was so much fun. We worked on our art individually from 8:30-11:00pm at a pleasant, outdoor coffee shop on the lake. We then shared what each part of our collage meant with the group. As I explained mine to the group, I found myself confronting my fears of sharing my art and just flying past those fears. I also found myself realizing more about the collage as I explained it. It was a very positive artistic and creative experience for me.

I will post my motivation wall soon! I will take a picture of it tonight.

Cut out lots of pictures from magazines, books, newspapers. Things that simply evoke joy or images that relate to my main goals. Get a big black poster board and paste them all up in my condo where I will see the images every single day. I’m going to try this!!!
