How to take bag of clothes to thrift store

How I did it: I saved up items until I had a full bag, put the bag in the car, and after a week or so, finally scheduled to drop it off while I was running other errands.
Lessons & tips: Always keep a bag or box around to keep donations (clothes, books, games, etc.) and when it is full, put it in your car and drop it off when you are out anyways!
Find a thrift store close to you.
