wow, I managed to pack in 5;00 hours yesterday when my dad took us on an insanely long hike he didn’t check on the map. Instead of the 3 miles he said it was, it turned out to be 9.

oh, and all of this happened in an average of 23ºFI already pretty much have this nailed but I need to do it on the days that I have nothing that counts as exercise.
i have gym class every 2 days at school, and i have Hip-hop on thursday nights. Im starting to ride my bike around the block at home, but when we had our first big snowstorm that actually stuck it seems like thats gonna get a little harder.
I’m regularly running 30-60 minutes a day now and have been for awhile. In fact when we go out of town or something gets in the way of my running I get a bit upset about it. I quite look forward to my solitary running time with my friend the iPod.
I really need to do this it is one of the things that i most regret not doing. I am olmost a little unhealthy bebecause of it
been hitting the treadmill and going for 40 minutes most of the week, not every day though…still some way to go. not too hard to do though, fire up the iPod, pick an album and before you know it i’ve ran 2 1/2 miles.
