On Sunday I walked for an hour.
On Tuesday (yesterday) I went to kickboxing for an hour and went to Zumba class for an hour. Afterwards I checked my weight on the scale and I have gained 10 punds since I started at KU. Darn it. I’ve got to watch what I’m eating better.

and I hadn’t really been working on this goal due to finals, and homework and everything else. I was also rather lazy and just wanted to hang out in my room.
But now, I’m on Christmas break and I’ve got a whole month. So today I decided to walk on the treadmill. My treadmill is in the basement, and there is nothing to look at or do down there so time passes pretty slowly and I feel like I’m wasting it.
Sooooooo, to fix this problem I put a shelf on the treadmill and plugged in my laptop and put it on the shelf so I could watch Grey’s anatomy, talk to my friends, do work and play on the internet. Next thing I know I’ve walked more than five miles. I don’t know why I’ve never thought of this before, lol. I feel like I’m sort of doing something. Awesome! If I keep this up I’ll be able to fit in my jeans again in no time :)
