I really have the urge to go to the gym and workout for hours! I am actually planning it out in my head when to go!
How I did it: I moved areas and joined the local gym! After joining private gyms and having to pay too much money I did alot more outdoor running which has it pros and cons.
Finally, I have the luxury of a gym with a pool to keep me dry on these rainy days in England!

I did this today. My fears got the worst of me as I worried the whole time of running into a certain somebody (he is the reason I STOPPED going to the gym). My therapist will be proud!

Well, my year’s membership with the gym is over. For the most part I did work out hard during the summer, but I also started slacking off at the end. But it’s ok, I’ve started to work out at home now using my yoga mat and dumbells.
I don’t think I’ll be renewing my gym membership. It’ll cost me quite a bit of money to do so, and I need to save as much money as I can in order to have laser eye surgery. BUT, I probably will go back to the gym again in the future. Until then, it was nice pumping those iron. =)

I finally went back to the gym this week. I’m hoping to make this a regular part of my routine so that when I start back to work I’ll be addicted to going. After I went to the gym I felt better… however the next morning my calfs burned so bad when I got out of bed. I’m glad I went and look forward to feeling better about myself and looking better as well.

Alright, back in the game! Things are going well so far, although I’m wondering if I should continue my old regimen or start fresh. In any case…
Tuesdays will be arms, shoulders, lower back, neck.
Wednesdays is for upper back, and chest.
Saturdays will be glutes and legs.
Sundays I’ll be hitting the heavy bag.
And… I’ll be doing cardio and ab exercises everyday.
