My mom used to take me all the time, when I was little. I don’t remember much of it though. I’d really like to do it again sometime…

    So fun! 2 years ago

When I was a kid I picked berries for money and all the berries we could eat. Yummy

it’s one of my fondest memories from growing up….sitting in the back of a truck with my feet hanging off the tailgate, and driving through a massive strawberry field. as a kid i was amazed and thrilled at all the strawberries.

Did this when I was a teenager 2 years ago

and I had to pick alot of berries to make any money but it was worth it.

    Every season... 3 years ago

I absolutely adore strawberries! I pick my own berries every year as I think they are so much better than the store bought or frozen berries.

When you pick them yourself you can eat while you pick and they are sun warmed and super sweet. Plus, while you’re picking you are thinking about all the wonderful things you’re going to make (strawberry pie, strawberry shortcake, strawberry smoothies, etc) Wow, I wish I had some right now! I’m going to get some in a couple weeks when my husband comes for a holiday.

    ever summer... 3 years ago

When i was young i would pick berries every summer, it was 1GBP for a tray which was alot of work but i earned enough to buy my first c played that way when it was still horrifically expensive for anything related to a CD…

The sun'll come out tomorrow! 3 years ago

And if that’s the case, I will be strawberry picking in Upper Clyde! I am kinda looking forward to it as I love steawberrries and need to get some more vitamin D in my life.
