stop being afraid of doctors

I’m to the point where I can barely go to the dentist without panicking. I hate the sound and the smell and the waiting. And I hate talking to doctors and I don’t want to associate with people in med school and I discourage my friends from dating doctors. I can’t watch doctor shows on TV. Even Scrubs makes me nervous. I hate blood and needles and tests. I hate the human body. What do I do? Please someone convince me otherwise.
