keep a notebook of thoughts

I’ve been keeping a notebook of thoughts, but it seems to be dominated by diet advice and schedules! I know I’ll be able to look back at this notebook and see what my priorities were. I like to tell little stories, draw pictures, and list some things that I am grateful for. So far I’m enjoying the freedom to write whatever I want. 22 months ago
