i have to come up with a skincare regimen and stick to it. i’m feeling super old and weathered looking.
How I did it: I've been putting on sunscreen everyday (spf 50) on my face and wearing a hat whenever I'm out in the sun. I also put suncreen on my neck and hands to prevent them from looking wrinkly and spotty. Read how I did it…

i recently quit smoking and since i’m soo stressed out, my skin looks horrible!
i want to take better care of it inside (drinking more water, taking vitamins and eating better) and outside (moisturize, protect from the sun, acne medicine and all that good stuff.)

my mini-goals to get great skin:
From the inside out:
-Drinking water, alot
-Balanced diet
-Exercise
From the outside:
-Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize
-Start using a sunscreen
-Start using an exfoliater, toner, and lotion
-I don’t currently wear a lot of makeup, but when I do I’ll be making sure to completely remove it at night

When I turned 30 years old I started getting brown spots on my cheeks. I have tried several things to remove them. I bought a day and a night cream at the pharmacy which contained 2% hyrdroquinone. They were inexpensive and quite effective. I also bought an expensive Clarins tube to put on the spots. It does next to nothing. Perservance and patience are the keys to deal with this problem; also accepting that it might not go away completely… you can only reduce the spots.

Your skin says a lot about you…... I am almost 30 and people seem to guess me a lot younger and I think it has a lot do to with my skin. I have been using anti aging products since I was 21, but I want t drink more water, use sunscreen during the day, and something to revitalize at night while giving myself home facial once a week or so…...

I know my skin won’t look like this forever. I want to have a skincare regimen and stick to it every single day.
I was out of cream stuff a while back, and instead of buying new stuff, I kind of gave up on my routine. Silly me… But more important: I’m picking at my skin all the time lately, especially my chin. Result: it looks horrible. I have to stop picking, but that’s hard, because it is such a subconscious thing… However, it’s very similar to nail biting, and I was able to stop that too, so I can do this! Step one, similar to how I quit nail biting, is becoming more conscious: noticing when I pick.
So ever since i was young i’ve had really bad complexion i found out it was becaus i was lactose intolerant. so on the upnote of not eating any dairy my face is way better, as well as the fact i found a couple cool techniques. for one, i started doing those silly facials. i bought it at walmart of all places, its called “in your face” i use the clay avocado ones and it works GREAT! make sure your face is clean first. the other big change for me was intake in water. i doubled my water intake as a challenge earlier and i feel that has helped more than anything. best of luck to anyone trying this out themselves, i hope you are rewarded
