I am working on this, but recently I have fallen off the wagon. I am still drinking water everyday, but I am waiting to be thrsty which I know means that I am already dehydrated. Ughhh.

How I did it: I bought a big water bottle, and I started carrying it around with me everywhere. I started feeling physically better right away, and all the money I used to spend buying sodas and coffees is really adding up. Now, I feel kind noticeably strange without my water if I don't drink enough. Read how I did it…

I have been getting at least my eight glasses, but not above and beyond like I’d have hoped.
After researching several sources I have made the decision that based on my weight and work out schedule I should be drinking about 3.5 liters of water.
Salud! Cheers!

I used to drink almost nothing except (diet) soda, but I made a commitment to drink about 2L water everyday, and I’ve been pretty on it for a few months, sometimes faltering for a day here or there. I haven’t necessarily eliminated soda, but I only drink it when I go out to a restaurant or something where I don’t know if the water is of good quality or bottled water isn’t available.
I feel a lot better, it’s easier to work out, I sleep better, my skin looks better. The only downside is that I get thirsty pretty easily and ‘crave’ water, so I carry around a bottle of water with me pretty much everywhere.
It’s just so much easier to NOT drink water.
Expecially if its just plain.
Anyway.. I’m going to try to increase my intake gradually.. Right now I drink about 500 ML a day.. so Im only 1500 off..
I’m going to try to drink 1000 next week.
When that becomes comfortable Ill try to increase the amount again.
