It’s harder than I thought

my second journaling day. Slow start, but it is a start

Delayed start on this. I went tout of town and forgot to take the journal. Absolutely going to pen some thoughts today/tonight.

Haven’t been diligent with this,but I am getting going on it this weekend.

I have my journal and some pretty gel pens so today I begin. I will now be writing my ‘thing that I like about myself’ and my ‘thing that I am thankful for in my journal – daily. I will be recapping my week here.

Things tend to blur for me during the day. I don’t realize it’s late until it has come and gone. I’m really going to try with this one. I’ve got a brand new journal and I’d like to write at least half a page and build on that.

this is a good way to get out all the thoughts of the day and unwind.

I am going to try to make using LiveJournal a daily event.

Did this writing this morning after meditating. I am concentrating on the idea of self-discipline as a spiritual practice.

Is it a fun accounting of what I have done today? Is it an account of disasters averted and triumphs had? What is its purpose?

I am trying to be more conscious about my life; more including the spiritual facets of my life in my day to day thinking about things.

So, I wrote in my Live Journal. Hopefully, tonite I’ll write in my regular journal, pen and paper type, too.

Now I am tired.
