Be loyal to myself & pursue my dreams relentlessly!

I bind these two together, not just because they both make my #1 goal in life, but because there is a true bondage between these two goals.
You can not pursue your dreams unless you’re totally loyal & honest to yourself. It just won’t work.
And boy, is that hard to accomplish.
Every single day I confront & rediscover how hard it is to keep loyal to myself. By keeping loyal to myself I mean keeping & preserving my own standards regarding life, my DOs & Dont’s which eventually define me.
Demands are everywhere, made by everyone: Society, culture, relatives etc. Each & one of them wants a peice of you. And at times, when you allow them, a peice of your loyalty to yourself is taken away.
A similar thing happens with ones dreams. There are endless reasons why our dreams can’t come true, yet pursuing them relentlessly is one thing I owe to myself.
Yes, giving up is easy. Too easy. But when a dream you’ve pursueded comes true, you get this unique & so powerful feeling that is second to none. You become the creator of you life.
I am now aware that being loyal to myself & pursuing my dreams is a life-time ever-going struggle in which I just can’t afford to lose.
Isn’t that why I am here?
