Well, I’ve managed to go to bed at a more adequate time for the past week or so, I think I’ll be able to keep things this way now. Yay! It’s nice waking up earlier and feeling better throughout the day.

Ok, so I’m not in bed asleep. I’m up later than I was planning talking to a friend on yahoo and messin around on here. I’m fixin to go to bed soon. It’s fri. night tho so I’m cutting myself some slack because it’s the weekend. hehe
I took Billy’s advice and took my tylenol pm around 9:20 and I went ahead and took my regular meds with it too instead of waiting till ten. I ended up going to bed a little after 11:30 and I was making myself stay away because I had to wait for the laundry to dry and I was finishing watching Batman Begins. I didn’t have any problems going to sleep, I went to sleep right after I got settled in bed and I woke up this morning at like 7:11am. =) Yay me! If I can keep this up this goal will be complete. =D
I haven’t been staying up till 4 am anymore. I think the latest I’ve went to bed was like 2:30am and that was because I was reading in bed. Lastnight I went to bed right after 1am. And, I’ve been getting up early too. I woke up at 6:30am yesterday morning… I did go and lay down again after 30 minutes untill 10am, but that’s really good. I’m still taking a nap during the day, but I get soooo tired… it’s cause of my medicine. I take 7 pills a day. Even tho I still nap and I don’t stay up when I get up super early I’m really happy. Right now I’m not married yet, so I don’t have anyone to go to bed with so it’s fine to go to sleep before 2. But when me and Billy do get married I will have to make myself stay awake so I can go to sleep when he does. Plus there are other ways to get sleepy before going to bed then too. ;) hehe
