Attend Al-Anon meetings regularly

I seem to have given up on this LOL!! But then, I’m not dating an alcoholic anymore… :cP

Saw the meeting list just the other day, but still have not started going. :c(

Maybe after anger management is done…! LOL

Well, my alcoholic wants a divorce, and notwithstanding my faith and personal values, I’m very sorry to say “good riddance!”

This might seem to make the Al-Anon meetings less relevant, because I’ll tell you, there’s NO WAY I’m going to do something as idiotic as marry another one! Mind you, Al-Anon is really about us co-addicts.

The only problem is that I’m going to get tired of speaking about her. I just want to put this behind me. Oh, I want to learn from it, but I’ve agonized over her for long enough that…I’m sick of it. I’ve wasted enough of my life on her, sorry to say.

I have the list of meetings, but for some reason, I never think to go! LOL You’d think that after all these years of recovery, I would know better, but I’m just absent-minded.

I am looking for help elsewhere, but Al-Anon would certainly be appropriate!
