Doing lot’s of crunches, vertical crunches, cross crunches and leg raises to achieve this goal.
I really recommend a book called “Fighting fit – the complete SAS guide”. It’s helped me improve immensely. It covers diet (with a two week plan), all the exercises and structures it into a comprehensive plan.

IM FEELING IT
I have been working out on and off and staying slim since eighth grade, but the six pack never showed up. Recently this summer i have been concentrating on my abs more and im starting to see some results! I believe that once a guy sees results he will go for the whole nine yards. Most people stop working out because they do not see results or they are tired of the repetitive steps. KUDOS TO EVERYONE THAT IS TRYING TO GET A SIX PACK, keep working at it!

I have never had a six pack for as long as I can remember. I used to be a little bit fat, and so, I guess have never lost that. I want to step up the exercise. I want to get down to 5 percent body fat and have that poster child six pack
