Ok, so I wanted to buy in Hove, but after much thinking and re-evaluating my life, I think the Country is where I want to be. As much as I love living by the sea, sometimes it feel’s a bit too ‘open’, (but I am going to enjoy it for the next couple of years). I feel at home in the Country with greenery around me. I like being near nature and being able to walk through fields and country lanes, something you would not have caught me saying 10 years ago.
I think it might be something to do with thinking about where I want to have kids, who lives there (my family), near to my oldest friends and it takes my breath away in the Autumn. Mr Egg is also happy with this decision so long as it is near a railway station so he can commute to London.
Maybe it is an age thing, but the Countryside is where I want to be.
