I’m gaining weight which is pushing me further from my goal. I probably had 5,000 Calories today LOL… it’s no biggie, I’ll run more.

k_ashley paranoid :)
so i am currently doing p90x and hopefully this will help…my core is difinitely stronger but definition is slow coming :(
I figure if I get my six pack back, the rest of the body will come with it :) However, I’m in Japan right now and not willing to give up trying local food… so this will have to wait!
will be spending 3 days a week… and spend 30 minutes each on strength and 30 minutes on treadmill.
This shall be good.
always been able to put on muscle fairly easily – but was never satisfied b/c i never got the six pack.
had 2 knee surgeries so cardio is often painful, biking is really the only thing i can do w/o having my knee swell up for days.
i’ve cut back on drinking alcohol significantly, probably a couple times a month. i drink pop/soda/coke like it’s water though so i get tons of sugar calories.
i don’t think i can cut pop out of my diet, anybody have ideas for cutting it down though?
i have a fairly flat stomach and decent upper abs but drinking has left me with a little gut over my lower abs so it shouldn’t take long for me to achieve this as long as i keep up running everyday and doing crunches! yeye

Losing a few pounds a week – mainly because I have quit drinking! I’ve also started a home exercise program to keep me buff(ish) as my work season has stopped now, so I’m not getting so much exercise. I’m currently working through the hundred pressups program ( www.hundredpushups.com ), and hoping to build up to a full (equipment free) workout, mainly for strength. Choosing which exercises to incorporate is being surprisingly difficult!

Ha ha I’m getting rid of the flab first, then getting the six pack! There may even be one under there already, in general i’m pretty muscley… (I work doing heavy labour).
Is my goal time. I think, no I KNOW that I can do it. It will take a lot of time and determination, but I believe it can be accomplished. New gym membership, is the start of my new life.
I can’t wait.
