I’ve tried this goal before but made it applicable for all alcohol. This time I figured I’d take a more realistic approach and just focus on beer, which is my weakness. A glass or two of wine is not as bad for me as 4,5, or 6 beers! All those carbs are kicking my butt and I’ve gained a lot of weight as a result of it. Time to just say NO!
