because my camera broke… but we went to melbourne this weekend, which was awesome and Saturday, in my opinion the best day of our trip, has been completely documented in photos – the bus trip to the 12 apostles, including the koalas, kangaroos and native birds we saw along the way, the rainforest we walked in, the apostles themselves and the blowhole, and then the night which followed which was also fantastic. Oh! AND we went to the “round the twist” light house!!
How to document a day in photographs
How I did it: Had a free wekeend, took an 8 hours bus to Chiriqui and from there a 4 hours bus to Almirante in the caribbean coast. Then a 20 minutes ride to Colon Island. We had some lunch and then had a trip around the Chiriqui Lagoo, snap shots and a video of a pod of dolphins, was awesome!
Lessons & tips: If you want to travel to Colo do so early it would be a cheaper fare.

But sooo many photos! I think I now have 10,000 in my photoshop organizer! Ugh!
Sad to say I only like around 1000 of them! ha. :-)

It just looks odd being at work taking pictures…hehehe.
It’s a pitty my cellphone with camera got lost!! And my camera is not in worth conditions after years of abuse, I need to buy one, I hate the more recent models, they try to do everything for you and the pictures tend to look all the same all too perfect, loved the randomness inherent to my model…
great. But I think a week would be better. I could try and start tomorrow? We´ll see (probably no)...

now that i’m toting my camera with me everywhere (thank you, project 365!), i’m feeling like the completion of this goal is getting closer and closer.
it feels so good to get behind a camera lens again. it’s reminding me how much i used to (and will always) love photography.

first, i have to get over the apprehension that would come with explaining to people what i’m doing.
