Meet up with my squigglers in the spring!!

I have no idea if this will happen or not. The odds are pretty high that it won’t. I don’t want to be the one to ring the bell on this one again, although with this post I probably am anyway. Well, so be it. Various crises are in the way, that’s just it. I want to be able to look ahead of me and over the obstacles I am facing right now to know that things will happen in the months afterwards, no matter what. I simply don’t want to wait for the inevitable and pretend all is well. This is my life. (Dammit!) And I am going to live it.

I am really sorry if it won’t happen. Let me know if there are any plans. You know I’m always game. But this goal is going.

has started filling up! My 2-euro coins go in there. That means that we’ll be able to buy dark glasses, lemons, and Ice Age III in case the porn gets boring. Hee hee!

1. Pick a spot ~ Right now in the area of CaliforniYAY seems most likely and attractive. There is the matter of airfare, particularly from Europe though.

2. Pick a date ~ ‘The Spring’ is a bit of a broad concept, goes from March to June.

3. Pick a duration ~ Everybody’s got work obligations. Yet I don’t flying to SF for only a few days. So maybe I would have to combine it with more kind of travel around, blahblah. Anyways: duration.

4. Discuss accommodations ~ Bunking up, everyone?

5. Save up money ~ We’re not millionnaires, unfortunately, and there’s flights, accommodations, food and other stuff to pay for. BUT! I no have a Barbapapa money bank so all will be well. :)

6. Book the bloody flight, apartment, pack up and go!

Now if we could start at the last one, emphatically skipping no. 5, I would be there tomorrow
