    Day 1 of pre-goal, goal! 13 months ago

    Today is not my official start date but, I am begining to cut things out. Today I cut out refined sugar and honey (I like honey in my tea). Then it will be bread and such.

    After like 3 messup days and a trip by ambulance to the hospital with my 3 year old son…I have decided to restat this goal. I was consistent for 3+ weeks but, I am really weird about these things. I have also adjusted my goal a bit. Now it is 106 days (not even allowing holidays and church fellowships off). Also I want to put guidelines…1,500 calories, no more than 50 carbs from veggies, no more than 5 grams of sugar, and low meat/low fat! I also only want to eat when I am hungry.
